Individual Therapy
A private, personalized, one-on-one approach to explore the client’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The goal is to foster self-awareness, overcome challenges, and achieve personal growth. The client can learn how to effectively manage stress, interpersonal difficulties and troubling situations
Couples Therapy
An approach in which both partners in a committed relationship are treated at the same time. Couples therapy is concerned with problems within and between the individuals that affect the relationship. Sometimes referred to as couples counseling, the primary goal is to help couples communicate more effectively, learn better ways to handle disagreements and find solutions together, as well as fostering deeper emotional connection and strengthened bonds to increase intimacy. Individual sessions may be provided separately to each partner, particularly at the beginning of therapy; most of the course of therapy, however, is provided to both partners together.
Family Therapy
Focusing on the improvement of interfamilial relationships and behavioral patterns of the family unit as a whole, as well as among individual members and groupings, or subsystems, within the family. Family therapy includes a large number of treatment forms with diverse conceptual principles, processes and structures. Family therapy can be helpful for a wide range of problems, including relationship difficulties, substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and behavioral issues. It aims to address issues that affect the family's overall functioning and mental health, helping members understand each other better, support one another, and work through difficult situations.
